Kernerne tages ud og resten af hokaidoen, inkl. skr\u00e6l sk\u00e6res i grove tern. Kartofler, guler\u00f8dder, hvidl\u00f8g og l\u00f8g skr\u00e6lles og sk\u00e6res i grove tern. Det hele kommes i en gryde med olivenolie og sauteres over middelvarme i 1-2 minutter. H\u00e6ld vand i, s\u00e5 det d\u00e6kker ca 2\/3 af gr\u00f8ntsagerne, hellere lidt for lidt end for meget, for du kan altid sp\u00e6de til hvis suppen bliver for tyk. Chilien fl\u00e6kkes og kernerne fjernes, l\u00e6g den oven p\u00e5 gr\u00f8ntsagerne, sammen med revet ingef\u00e6r og spidskommen. Kom l\u00e5g p\u00e5 og kog under h\u00f8j varme i 15-18 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Chilien tages op af gryden og suppen blendes med en stavblender. Blend til den er helt glat og cremet. Citronsaft og fl\u00f8de tils\u00e6ttes. Smag evt suppen til med salt og frisk kv\u00e6rnet pebet \u2013 jeg foretr\u00e6kker at vente, da toppingen ogs\u00e5 har masser af dejlig smag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topping:<\/strong><br \/>\nGr\u00e6skarkernerne ristet p\u00e5 panden i lidt sm\u00f8r og olivenolie under middelh\u00f8j varme under omr\u00f8ring. N\u00e5r de popper, tages de af varmen og drysses med lidt salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00c6blerne sk\u00e6res i sm\u00e5 tern og vendes i honning og citronsaft.<\/p>\n<p>Suppen toppes med gr\u00e6skarkerner, \u00e6bletern, dr\u00e6net yoghurt og en smule friskkv\u00e6rnet peber.
